Meet the Executive Director,
Christina "Tina" Allen

Tina is an enthusiastic leader with 35 years of experience in the senior living industry. A servant leader with emphasis on improving the lives of our customers through great customer service, integrity and trust. She has served in a variety of leadership roles; Regional Director, District Director of Sales, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales. She was primarily focused on supporting multiple communities; independent living, assisted living and memory care through training, coaching, revenue and occupancy growth. A mind for business, and a heart for people. Tina is a longtime resident of Montgomery County. She is married to her husband Ben, has two children and two beautiful granddaughters. Tina and her family attend Woodlands Church. She enjoys spending time with family. Her favorite vacation experiences have been Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park and of course Disney with the kids.
